ROCK PAPER SCISSORS Spring Craft Mart : last weekend’s show was a success!
As the proud co-founder of Rock, Paper, Scissors I was delighted our second show, Spring Craft Mart, was a great success! It was held at the same fantastic venue, The Loving Touch in Ferndale. As always, the peeps over there were a pleasure to work with!
There were 25+ vendors, offering their unique, quality wares. An eclectic and unique mix of goods from Detroit, Ann Arbor, Toledo and beyond. Shoppers and crafters enjoyed a bloody mary and DJ stylings of Detroit’s own esQuire and Marianna V. while chatting with friends.

My dress from Fashion in Detroit, in ARTISTiK magazine !
I had an exciting opportunity to create a garment for Fashion in Detroit, a two day fashion event held at the Motor City Casino Soundboard in Detroit. My dress was constructed with re-purposed automotive banners, in homage to the local automotive industry. This event was co-founded by Joe Faris, former contestant on Project Runway, Season Five.

Now accepting applications for our ROCK PAPER SCISSORS spring craft show !
We’re excited to announce that we’ll be holding the Rock, Paper, Scissors spring craft show at the Loving Touch in Ferndale, Michigan on May 18th from 12 – 6pm.
We are currently looking for vendors with unique wares to participate in our event. Applications are going live today.
While our first show was open to all applicants, this show will be juried as we received an overwhelming number of responses.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Vendors with unique handmade wares, artisanal food, record labels. Due to spacial restrictions, we are unable to accommodate vintage sellers and will not be accepting those offering mass-produced merchandise.
WHAT THE VENDOR SPACE INCLUDES:
Vendors will be given one pool table in which to share with another maker, the tables will be split in half and vendors will be paired by ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS accordingly. There are also booth tables available as well, these tables will be chosen by us based on how we feel would best accommodate your wares are are not shared. Both the pool tables and booths are roughly the same size.
FEES:
Application Fee is 5$, these application fees will help ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS to budget for a larger show in the winter.
Booth Fee is 40$.
DATES:
Applications are live until April 5th, we will be announcing our finalized vendor list by April 12th. All applicants will be notified via e-mail regardless of application status.
